DMCA Copyright Policy

  5. Provide your full electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to Motogp Saisonstart Ergebnisse's Designated Copyright Agent via the contact page.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., URL(s) of the page(s) where the material appeared).
  • Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • Include both of the following statements in the body of the Counter-Notification:

    • "I hereby state that I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Motogp Saisonstart Ergebnisse may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person."
  • Provide your full electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).

If a counter-notice is received by the Designated Copyright Agent, Motogp Saisonstart Ergebnisse may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that Motogp Saisonstart Ergebnisse may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
